We’re looking for a driven, tech-forward professional who’s eager to make an impact and help grow a business. This is a role that blends sales execution with marketing support , ideal for someone who’s hungry to learn, experiment, and deliver results.

You’re confident picking up the phone, conducting outreach, and building relationships — but you also think like a marketer who wants to make every process faster and smarter. You’re curious about new AI tools and not afraid to test, automate, and implement creative ways to improve how work gets done.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, you’ll play a key role in how we connect with prospective clients, manage campaigns, and execute the day-to-day programs that drive new business. This is a hands-on position for someone with a go-getter mentality, looking to grow into a leadership role as our sales and marketing engine scales.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, etc
  • Support sales campaigns with account research, list building, and meeting preparation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline work with AI tools and automations (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Manage CRM hygiene, workflows, and data entry
  • Build and maintain marketing collateral, website content, presentations, and outreach materials
  • Repurpose content for social media, email, and digital campaigns
  • Support company LinkedIn posting and engagement activities
  • Help coordinate events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing, sales, and client engagement efforts

Who You Are
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Confident and experienced with cold outreach and canvassing — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Skilled communicator who can hold high-level conversations with technical audiences (engineers, facility managers, etc.)
  • Naturally curious and tech-savvy , always looking for smarter ways to work through AI and automation
  • Proficient with digital marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zapier, and other automation tools
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excited to grow your career in a revenue-generating role as part of a scaling company
