Role Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented software engineers to join our growing CS team. These roles offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering leadership.

Frontend Engineer - Mobile App
Backend Engineer - Mobile App
Web Engineer
Hours
20-40 per week
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and modern development practices
- Experience working with Git/GitHub, pull requests, and code reviews
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under agile sprints
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Role-Specifics
Frontend Engineers - Mobile App
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience building or maintaining iOS applications
- Strong knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode, and/or UIKit
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and mobile architecture
- Experience shipping apps or contributing to production code
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobile app development (preferably iOS).
- Strong knowledge of Swift and Xcode; experience with SwiftUI or UIKit is a plus.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling.
- Experience publishing apps or contributing to production-grade projects.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Prior experience in a startup or cross-functional environment is a plus.
Backend Engineers - Mobile App
Responsibilities:
- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Experience designing and maintaining PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda)
- Understanding of API design, scalability, and system architecture
- 2–3+ years of backend experience preferred
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in database design, query optimization, and ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, or Lambda) and cloud deployment workflows.
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) or equivalent backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of API design, scalability, and version control (Git).
- 2–3+ years of professional backend experience preferred.
Web Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Ability to build responsive, high-performance websites
- Experience with user authentication, data tracking, and REST API integration
- Strong sense of design quality and UI/UX alignment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web development (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks).
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI/UX design.
- Experience with web applications that involve user authentication, history tracking, and data management.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Prior experience managing or maintaining a live website with real users and records.
