About us: Grail Talent is a Creator Management Agency that connects our diverse and carefully curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities, working with brands to reach audiences on social media through influencer promotion and performance marketing.
We work with some of the biggest players in Music and New Media, including Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video, as well as a diverse roster of brands, to help promote the next viral sensation or hit show. In doing so, we are shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent; delivering dynamic and creative promotional campaigns across a variety of social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram, and measuring their impact with detailed analytics.
Job Summary: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key social channels, Instagram, TikTok, and Linkedin. You’ll also be tasked with creating original content and programming for these channels, and be responsible for moderating our community of creators.
What You’ll Do: Social Media Strategy: In sync with our leadership team you’ll develop the strategy for our social accounts while helping us hit our marketing objectives
Original Content: You’ll create original content/programming to be posted on our social channels
Talent Acquisition: You’ll liaise with the team on inbound leads and outreach through our social channels
Community Moderation: Grail manages a community of creators and this role will be responsible for overseeing the moderation and programming available to creators
Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to shape the overall social marketing strategy for Grail
Autonomous & Flexible Work: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while having the flexibility to work independently and remotely.

Already very familiar with TikTok/IG/Social and what it’s all about
Excellent communication and content creation skills

Passion for, or ambition to change how things are done
Bonus: Experience with talent management, social media influencers, community management
