Job Title: Senior Telecom Design Consultant

Location: Hybrid (DFW Metroplex preferred) | Remote Option Available

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Telecom Design Consultant with 10–20 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure design. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Revit , and a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects. While being local to the DFW area and able to work in a hybrid capacity is a strong plus, we are open to fully remote candidates with the right qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and documentation of low voltage telecommunications systems for commercial and mission-critical facilities
• Utilize Revit extensively for modeling and coordination of telecom designs
• Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality, timely project delivery
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff
• Assist in creating and reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Coordinate closely with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
• Participate in project meetings and site visits as required
• Stay updated on industry trends and code requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10–20 years of experience in telecom or low voltage systems design
• Strong expertise in Revit is required
• Experience with data center projects is a significant plus
• RCDD certification is highly desirable but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work structure preferred (with periodic in-office presence in the DFW area)
