Senior Tax Associate (Wealth Advisory Services) Location Saint Paul, MN

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Sr. Tax Associate to join our Wealth Advisory Services team in our St. Paul office. We will take a vested interest in your personal and professional development - come grow your career with us!
As a Tax Sr. Associate, your role includes:
- Preparing complex Estate, Gift and Trust tax returns
- Reviewing mid level Estate, Gift and Trust tax returns
- Reviewing mid level individual income tax returns
- Providing estate planning and compliance advice to clients
- Performing/overseeing complex tax research projects
- Proposing solutions to clients on tax issues and suggesting appropriate trust vehicles
- Supervising and reviewing work of staff below manager level
- Fostering client relationships
The successful candidate must have: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license and/or JD
- 3-5 years of public accounting experience in Estate, Gift & Trust Tax
- Ability to manage and mentor staff
- Advanced technical knowledge of tax concepts and the ability to apply these services to various client situations
- Ability to travel on-site to clients as needed
- Live in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area
