About the role
The senior superintendent will be responsible for delivering new large-scale ground-up retail projects to completion. Working hand-in-hand with the senior project manager, you will be tasked with coordinating daily onsite activity, enforce safety procedures and guidelines, document and log all daily progress and reports for review, and mentor a team of assistant superintendents and assistant project managers. You will report to the business unit leader in the DFW market.
