Build and Lead in a Premier Real Estate Practice

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and development agreements
• Conduct due diligence, title, and zoning reviews for complex transactions
• Represent clients at closings and manage settlement negotiations
• Maintain and grow client relationships while mentoring junior attorneys

Qualifications:
• Established portable book of business
• Significant experience as a real estate attorney, ideally in a law firm setting
• Admission to the New York State Bar or ability to obtain admission
• Deep knowledge of New York real estate laws and market practices
• Strong negotiation and drafting capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership and business development skills
