BHS Corrugated is seeking a Senior Market Analyst to join our growing team in our Charlotte, NC facility!

Summary:

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a Senior Market Analyst to analyze market and customer data, extract key insights, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing performance. This role leverages advanced data analytics, including statistical analysis, data visualization, predictive modeling, and the latest technologies, to assess market trends and customer potential. Reporting directly to the Director of Parts Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, modeling market potential, and translating data-driven insights into actionable sales recommendations. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, customer experience, and product teams, fostering a data-driven approach to collaboration and decision-making.

This is an onsite position in Charlotte, NC, requiring 100% in-office work and situational business travel to operational sites or industry events up to 20% of the time. This could include travel to our global headquarters in Weiherhammer, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
• Pricing Management: Monitor, adjust, and forecast pricing based on procurement cost trends and customer purchasing behavior.
• Pricing Strategy: Develop a structured pricing framework that integrates list pricing, discounts, and rebate programs into targeted pricing policies.
• Predictive Analytics & Forecasting: Utilize big data, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to refine marketing strategies and business planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Data Visualization & Presentation: Present key findings and insights to senior leadership, influencing strategic marketing and business decisions.
• Performance Metrics & Growth: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and measure campaign effectiveness.
• This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, demand generation, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and marketing attribution is a plus.
• Industry experience in the corrugated board sector or manufacturing is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and decision-makers.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work at a computer for up to eight (8) hours a day.
• Ability to stand for at least forty-five (45) minutes at a time.
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds (50) pounds at waist level.
• Must be able to work in-office up to 100% of the time.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Pay and Benefits:

This position has a salary range of $90k - $100k plus benefits as seen below:
