Senior Complex Litigation Attorney – San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Work)

Confidential Law Firm | Defense Litigation | $190,000–$245,000 + Bonus

A highly regarded national litigation firm is seeking a Senior Complex Litigation Attorney to join its growing San Francisco office. This firm is recognized for its deep bench of legal talent, longstanding client relationships, and commitment to professional growth and diversity. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in complex litigation—particularly in general liability, personal injury, transportation, or catastrophic injury defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a full litigation caseload from inception to resolution
• Prepare for and participate in trials, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and legal teams
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on strategy and execution

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California Bar
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience
• Strong background in personal injury, transportation, or related practice areas
• First-chair trial experience a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
