What You’ll Do
As Lead Interior Designer, you’ll work alongside our design team to develop and execute residential projects including remodeling, new construction, kitchen and bath, and whole-home furnishings. You’ll guide projects from preliminary design through construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Create holistic, multi-layered designs tailored to each client
• Draft space plans, lighting layouts, and furniture arrangements
• Communicate and document design concepts visually and verbally
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, trades, and consultants
• Prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Exceed client expectations with professionalism and creativity
• Problem-solve with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Qualifications
• Degree in Interior Design
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in residential design
• Proficiency in drafting and space planning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bonus Skills
• Experience with Chief Architect
• Kitchen and bath design expertise
• Remodeling field experience
• Background in furniture sales
