Job Description

*This role requires a hybrid schedule and can either be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters or our NYC Office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Analyst to join the Customer Experience team at The Points Guy (TPG). This role will focus on optimizing the on-site experience for millions of users—from first-time visitors to loyal points and miles enthusiasts—through thoughtful experimentation, iterative design, and close collaboration across the business. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with key content and tools, with the goal of increasing engagement, retention, and conversion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across editorial content, product features, and conversion flows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and business partners to ideate, prioritize, and implement enhancements to the site experience.
  • Use data to uncover user behavior insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Help define and maintain a user-focused testing roadmap that supports strategic growth initiatives.
  • Act as the voice of the user—bringing in learnings from experimentation, industry trends, and competitive research to inform decision-making.
  • Support larger personalization and on-site optimization strategies to improve how users interact with TPG tools like card comparison pages and editorial CTAs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience leveraging data to improve the customer or user experience, ideally in a digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies, including test design, execution, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and next step.
  • Strong in SQL (Databricks preferred) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambitious experimentation goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive and confident in driving initiatives forward independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a passion for continual learning and user-first thinking.

Compensation

  • USA Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000*
  • New York City Compensation Range: $125,000 - $155,000*
