• Bailey Medical Center offers a full range of medical services, including general surgery, maternity, gynecology, bariatrics, orthopedics and emergency care. The 73-bed hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in the region.

• The Security Officer plays a critical role in protecting life and property of all persons on Hillcrest Medical Center premises and patrols hospital buildings and ground to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism.
• Secures, unlocks, and protects hospital buildings.
• Responds to security needs of hospital personnel, patients, and visitors. This position is safety sensitive.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid ARMED Guard CLEET License
• Maintains current BLS and obtains certification within 30 days of hire
• Annual CLEET requalification handgun & shotgun required by a CLEET certified instructor
• Maintains OC/Pepper Spray certification
• Upholds Crisis Intervention Training from SAMA – SATORI and obtains certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred Job Requirements:

• One (1) year relevant experience or appropriate preferred education requirements
• · Experience in healthcare security, corporate security, or law enforcement
