Job Title: School Occupational Therapist (OT) – Hybrid/Remote

Position Overview:

Aequor Staffing is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services to students in Tucson, AZ through a hybrid/remote model. The ideal candidate will support students’ functional performance in educational settings, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully in school activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in alignment with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Utilize virtual tools and platforms to deliver effective remote services when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy License.
• Experience in school-based OT services preferred.
• Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy and educational accommodations.
• Comfortable using technology for remote service delivery.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
