About the Role:
This person will support key day to day contact for order management for NS Brands. For order management, the Sales Support Specialist coordinates with the customer at replenishment and buying level. Both internally and externally, they will work to achieve Order Fill Rate (OFR) and On Time Delivery (OTD). This role will coordinate replenishment, logistics, promotional contact coordinator, and quality to ensure excellent service our customers.

This position will be located in one of the following locations:
San Antonio, TX or Bentonville, Arkansas
Hybrid; 3x a week in office with 2 days remote.
