Job Description

On behalf of our long-term client, we are currently seeking a motivated Sales Counselor to conduct sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Independent Living sales experience is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize technology sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage client accounts and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients.

Experience:

• Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Independent living is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with outside sales processes and techniques.
• Experience in technology sales is highly desirable.
• Experience within Senior Living sales is a MUST.
