As a Sales Arborist , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their trees, while working with a team that values accountability, education, and doing what’s right.

Sales Arborist Responsibilities:

• Client Meetings & Consultations – Assess client trees/shrubs, address concerns, and educate on sustainable tree care.
• Proposal Development – Create electronic proposals detailing suggested tree care and plant health services.
• Client Relationship Management – Provide exceptional service, close deals, and follow up to move proposals forward.
• Scheduling & Coordination – Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of approved work.
• Lead Generation – Experiment with innovative lead generation strategies and work with the marketing team to improve visibility.
• Collaboration – Work closely with administrative staff, other Sales Arborists, and production teams to implement tree care solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• ISA Certified Arborist or NJTE (or ability to obtain certification with company support).
• 3-5 years of experience in tree sales or relevant experience without certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company guidelines.
• Proficiency in using computer, iPad, and mobile devices.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in tree care or sales.
• Ability to identify trees and shrubs, diagnose issues, and recommend proactive care plans.
• Knowledgeable in tree care and plant health.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
