Roofing Production Manager – Build & Lead a New Division!

What You’ll Do

• Manage production staff and installation crews across the company’s new roofing division, ensuring install capacities are hit monthly
• Recruit, hire, and train the production staff
• Attend pre-construction meetings, schedule job start/completion dates, and coordinate with installers
• Create job schedules and order materials
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and all federal/state/local regulations
• Lead monthly production meetings to align goals and strategies
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth delivery schedules and project execution
• Communicate with customers throughout the project to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure install crews stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards that exceed customer expectations
• Monitor performance and provide feedback , offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize team performance and growth

Who We’re Looking For

• Leadership & Team Management – Proven experience  leading production teams & installers , recruiting, training, and holding crews accountable. (3+ years preferred)
• Project & Operations Management – Skilled in  scheduling, material ordering, job coordination , and ensuring installs are completed  on time & within budget . (3+ years experience in roofing or construction production)
• Roofing Expertise & Quality Control – Strong knowledge of  roofing materials, installation methods, and OSHA safety compliance to uphold high-quality standards. (3+ years roofing experience required)
• Customer & Vendor Communication – Ability to  handle customer concerns professionally , keep clients informed, and coordinate with vendors for seamless project execution.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Quick-thinking leader who can  troubleshoot installation challenges and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Ideal Experience: 3+ years in  roofing production management , with a proven track record of  leading teams, scaling operations, and delivering high-quality results .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
