Remote Telehealth Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

An LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is needed for a remote position based out of Freehold, NJ.

This role offers the flexibility of working from home while still being connected to a mission-driven counseling practice that provides holistic, team-based mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across New Jersey.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000+
• Max caseload 30–34 clients per week with earnings potential of $100,000 – $115,000+

Responsibilities

• Setting: Remote outpatient telehealth practice
• Schedule: Full-time; availability may include some early evening hours based on client demand
• Patient Population: Children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• Caseload: 30–34 clients per week depending on schedule and preference
• Clinical Services May Include:
  • Individual, Couples, Family, and Child/Adolescent Therapy (via telehealth)
  • Collaboration with psychiatric provider for medication management
  • Evidence-based + holistic, mind-body-centered care
  • Focus areas such as: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma/PTSD, Stress, OCD, Anger Management, Bipolar Disorder, Grief, LGBTQIA+ Support, Life Transitions, Relationship Conflict, Self-Esteem, College Prep, and more
• EMR: Web-based platform for documentation, scheduling, and billing
• Participate in virtual team meetings, clinical case consultation, and collaborative care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field
• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (must be NJ-licensed to treat NJ residents, even remotely)
• One year or more of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Prior telehealth experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical judgment, self-management skills, and comfort working independently from home
• Commitment to evidence-based, ethical, and culturally responsive care
