Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Project Controls Recruitment Specialist to join our Houston office. In this role, you will support our Recruitment, Business Development, and Account Management teams in both our Houston and international offices

Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for project controls roles, from initial client engagement through placement and contractor care
• Partner with clients to understand their project controls staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture
• Source, screen and interview qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of project controls professionals across multiple industries, including oil & gas, infrastructure, power and manufacturing
• Negotiate salary rates, employment terms and contracts between candidates and clients
• Provide market intelligence and insights to clients, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Meet and exceed invitation and team recruitment targets

Qualifications (Education, Experience & Skills)

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the project controls, engineering to technical staffing sectors
• Strong understanding of project controls roles (planning/scheduling, cost control, estimating and risk management)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
