Job Description

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Records Clerk to join their team in Irvine, CA!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic legal records.
  • Manage the daily scanning, uploading, indexing, and retrieval of legal documents.
  • Perform electronic filings and ensure all documents are accurately named and categorized within the document management system.
  • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support teams to process file and document requests promptly.
  • Support file audits, archiving efforts, and records retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience handling legal records; law firm background is a plus.
  • Proficient in using iManage or comparable document management platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in electronic filing within a paperless legal environment.
