This is not a part-time role. This opportunity requires a full-time commitment with flexibility, including weekends and availability up to 7 days a week to best serve clients and handle incoming opportunities.

Compensation:

$120,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
  • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
  • Oversee the entire process from creating documents to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Create a personal marketing plan to attract prospective clients to promote new business
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and trends
  • Knowledge of the greater Houston area and local communities
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License
  • Minimum 1 year of residential real estate sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills - good listeners who build trust with clients
  • Willingness to host multiple open houses on weekends and work a flexible, full schedule
  • Reliable transportation and availability to serve clients throughout Greater Houston
  • Self-motivated, organized, and committed to following up and following through
  • Team players who are coachable, results-focused, and committed to growth
  • Maintain availability 7 days a week when needed to serve clients promptly and professionally
  • Strong ethical standards, honesty, and a commitment to doing what’s right for the client and the team
