Are you detail-driven, highly organized, and love supporting a fast-paced real estate team behind the scenes? Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway is looking for a Listing Coordinator to keep our listing process smooth, accurate, and five-star from start to finish. This is an in-house position in our Anacortes, WA office. As the #1 RE/MAX team in Washington, we pride ourselves on giving clients unbeatable service—and we’re looking for someone who shares that mission. You will manage any new listings coming into the office from price opinion creation, inputting data, and system management. Responsibilities:

• Maintain real estate databases (CTE, Follow Up Boss, Shaker, Realvolve, Paperless Pipeline)
• Coordinate all listing documents through Transaction Desk & Authentisign
• Communicate with sellers regarding showings, listing status, updates, and offers
• Upload and verify MLS listings, including supplements, remarks, and marketing assets
• Schedule and confirm staging, signage, lockboxes, and photography
• Liaise with escrow, title, lenders, agents, and other vendors
• Track listings through every step—active, pending, and closed—keeping internal systems up to date
• Provide white-glove support to sellers throughout the listing phase
• Ensure compliance and local board requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills
• MLS experience
• Real Estate license or willing to obtain one
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and stay ahead of deadlines
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication with both clients and teammates
• Prior real estate or customer service experience is a plus
• Experience using platforms like Authentisign, ShowingTime, and real estate CRMs is a bonus
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Strong relationship development skills, the ability to manage highly competent people to high levels of performance, and skill in establishing effective project management processes
• A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
• You learn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projects
• You are comfortable going outside of your comfort zone and trying new things
• You are smart, self-motivated, organized, detail and process-oriented
