Purchasing Professional – Equipment & Inventory Management

Are you an experienced purchasing professional ready to take ownership of vendor management, cost savings, and inventory optimization? We are seeking a Purchasing Professional to oversee equipment purchasing, manage inventory levels, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Purchase equipment from vendors and maintain stock for resale.
• Track inventory levels and reorder as needed to avoid shortages.
• Place orders strategically to maximize discounts and minimize freight costs.
• Verify order confirmations for accuracy in pricing and availability.
• Work closely with shipping and sales teams to meet project timelines.
• (Future growth) Negotiate contracts and lead a team of purchasing clerks as business expands.

What You Bring:

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $75K–$100K
