Philadelphia Couples Therapy is a woman-founded, owned and led, doctoral-level group practice geared toward a twofold mission: creating a professional environment for clinicians that is supportive, collaborative, and ultimately a place to call ‘work home,’ and providing the best support possible for couples in all phases and stages of romantic development.
Clinicians will see both individuals and couples, and for those who are interested, run groups. Clinicians can also administer both couples and individual assessments, which is a gratifying way to diversify your professional life. Our cutting edge couples treatment team is sustained through extensive consultation, supervision, and training of clinicians in addition to just plain old enjoyment of the workplace.

Our suite is in the historic Wells Fargo building on the 22nd floor with expansive views of the Delaware River, a space that provides a warm and inviting clinical environment for our clinicians to spend the day. Our culture is one of open doors and friendly clinical consultation, allowing for maximum professional and personal growth– after all, as a therapist personal and professional growth go hand in hand!
At our practice, clinicians can focus solely on their clients—we take care of the rest. We handle all billing, insurance, and intake scheduling, and provide a consistent flow of referrals so there’s no need for marketing. Clinicians receive highly competitive pay and benefits, weekly individual supervision with the Clinical Director, group case consultation, and the support of a warm, collaborative team—all in a thoughtfully designed, beautiful office space.
