Project Manager

Cleaning, Containment, and General Contracting/Construction

Join TechnoGuard as a Project Manager and lead complex construction projects from conception to completion. You'll be the strategic leader responsible for delivering exceptional results while building strong client relationships and mentoring high-performing teams. This position requires 7+ years of construction project management experience. 

What You'll Do

Project Leadership & Strategy

• Lead multi-million dollar projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Serve as primary client point of contact, building lasting relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Make critical decisions that impact project success and profitability

Team Management & Development

• Lead cross-functional teams including foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and support staff
• Mentor junior team members and identify high-potential candidates for advancement
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development
• Foster a collaborative, safety-first culture across all project teams

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets ranging from $500K to $10M+, ensuring optimal profitability
• Monitor labor hours, material costs, and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and change order evaluations
• Analyze job cost reports and implement corrective actions when needed

Quality & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure all work meets TechnoGuard quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Manage permit acquisition and inspection processes
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting

Client & Stakeholder Relations

• Present project updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Negotiate contract terms and resolve project disputes
• Identify and pursue project expansion opportunities
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $1M+
• Advanced proficiency in construction management software, or other project management software (Assignar, Acumatica, MS Project)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CCM, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in cleaning, containment, or specialty contracting
• Knowledge of data center or critical facility construction
• Previous experience with multiple concurrent projects
