Role Overview

SVI needs a full-time project manager to help improve our speed and efficiency. We need someone with great problem-solving and organizational skills to keep all of our projects on track. This person would create and maintain the project plans and timing for all of SVI’s current and future projects. They would be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of our projects to our clients and internal customers, and would consult on the timing for future projects and processes. We need someone who has a passion for managing multiple projects and working with our writers, designers, and programmers.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Lewisville, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing projects, supporting client requests and IT support, and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables. Daily tasks include overseeing project timelines, liaising with Client Sucess Managers and Solutions (Production), and managing project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing detailed project plans and timelines via Asana
• Communicating deadlines and updates across the organization
• Managing the tracking, communication, and reporting of project budgets
• Attend, and sometimes lead, project updates with clients
• Lead internal project update meetings and drive on-time delivery
• Provide administrative support to the COO
• Provide technical support and communication to clients for questions or help on the Learner Mobile app

Qualifications

• Project Management skills and experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Project management certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
