JOB POSTING : PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION : Louisville/Seymour District
GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Ragle, Inc., a general contractor specializing in heavy highway construction, is actively seeking experienced project manager candidates for the construction department. This position will fulfill needs associated with project opportunities at the field management level.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Manage active construction projects
· Interact with owners and representatives on projects
· Setup, manage, and closeout of projects
· Coordinate construction labor, equipment, and resources
· Contract/bid document submittals
· Assist with ongoing project estimating needs
QUALIFICATIONS :
· Bachelor’s Degree (4-YR Degree) in relevant study
· 10+ Years of managing experience with heavy construction
* Heavy Highway and Site specific preferred (DOT work)*
· Estimating experience is not required
· Proficient in Office, Contract Document Control, CPM (Primavera P6)
· Ability to utilize Heavybid and Heavyjob will be preferred.
