Schedule: Monday - Friday (in office Mon - Thurs and Friday is remote)
The main function of a Project Coordinator is to work closely with project managers, functional managers, and engineers to support a variety of project support and coordination initiatives needed for successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support data gathering and analytics for various areas of engineering and project management, including project cost, schedule, quality, and efficiency performance.
- Support company’s Management of Change (MOC) process, including managing MOC documentation and coordination/tracking of MOC activities
- Support tracking of project KPI’s and performance metrics, including documenting performance trends
- Support 3rd party engineering and consultant contracting process and invoice management
- Interface with internal and external project stakeholders
- Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance metrics
- Manage and lead project tasks as assigned by department managers and senior-level engineers/project managers
- Assist with managing department process improvement initiatives
- Preparing written reports and other project communication materials
- Complete tasks with high level of accuracy and quality
- Complete tasks efficiently and on time
- Support the overall functional teams in a helpful and positive manner
Qualifications
• 5-7 years’ experience working in a project team environment
• Industry experience: solid understanding of the pipeline and energy industry preferred
• Understanding of Project Lifecycle (PLC) processes & best practices
• Ability to allocate time efficiently, handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Experience and proficiency with MS Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
• Excellent business acumen and technical aptitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Quick learner and self-starter, capable of performing with limited oversight
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred
