The role involves coordinating a field group of about 35 electric meter employees, prioritizing approximately 20,000 pending orders, supporting the AMI deployment project and running internal reports. The focus is on field support.
The team includes 35 field employees and 3 coordinators (including this role). The coordinator supports about 12 employees across 2–3 service centers. The coordinator works independently but must interact effectively with a diverse group.
