SUMMARY Seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Warehouse Production Supervisor for the 1st Shift (8am–5pm). This role oversees warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow, effective inventory management, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing or machine shop environments, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting. Fluency in Spanish is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead daily warehouse production activities to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. • Oversee inventory stocking systems and maintain high levels of organization and safety. • Assign, monitor, and evaluate team members’ tasks to meet production deadlines. • Utilize data and reporting tools to track performance and identify improvement areas. • Foster a collaborative and adaptable work culture, promoting teamwork and integrity. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. • Communicate effectively across teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve issues promptly. QUALIFICATIONS • 3–5 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. • Proficiency in warehouse stocking systems and operational best practices. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while leading others effectively. • Skilled in preparing reports, dashboards, and data analysis to drive performance. • Fluency in Spanish (required). • Dependable, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous improvement.
