**HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR IN BROWNS SUMMIT, NC!** **SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - 80,000/YR.** **THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION** **MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING A MONTHLY ROTATING 1** **st** **AND 3** **rd** **SHIFT SCHEDULE** **Requirements:** + 3-5+ years of recent or current production supervisor experience is required. + Must be comfortable operating, repairing, and maintaining machines - previous machine operating experience is required. + Need to be proficient with managing, coaching, and developing a team of production associates and machine operators. + Must have strong decision making skills and be confident leading a team. + Prior experience in a plastics manufacturing environment is a strong plus, however candidates from other industries including textiles and production machining environments are welcome as long as there's previous experience running and overseeing machines. **Training and Schedule:** + This hands-on supervisor role requires the ability to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule. + This schedule requires switching from 1st shift to 3rd shift monthly. + Initial training will be on the first shift for 1-2 months. **Job Description:** + Will oversee a team of machine operators and production workers to consistently manage and achieve production goals. + Must be comfortable being a hands on supervisor and operating machines.
