Job Description:

  • Client is searching for a Product Manager to join our team as a Technical MLOPS and Client Product Manager.
  • In this role, you will play a critical role in the successful development and deployment of our Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) framework and managing the lifecycle of our machine learning (Client) development capabilities.
  • You will bridge the gap between product management, data science, and engineering teams, using your technical expertise in machine learning and software engineering to drive product strategy and deliver value to our customers.
  • This role requires understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Expertise in data management and data engineering for handling large datasets, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data integration.
  • Experience in model development, including feature selection, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and platforms is important for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models.
  • This includes knowledge of tools for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining and understanding DevOps principles and practices for integrating machine learning workflows into a production environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP for deploying and scaling Client models in a scalable and cost-effective manner.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement MLOPS strategies, processes, and best practices to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of Client models in production.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, technical developers and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize Client product roadmaps and requirements.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for improving our Client products.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance and success of Client products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (including Data & Analytics teams) to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements and feature updates.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in the development and deployment of Client models and products.
  • Stay informed about advancements in MLOPS and Client technologies, and provide guidance on their potential applications within the organization.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in MLOPS deployment, including knowledge of tools and frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, and management.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Previous experience in product management, specifically in Client-related products, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Client and MLOPS.
