Greenology Products, LLC is a consumer packaged goods manufacturer specializing in formula development for USDA certified organic, natural, and eco-friendly products in the categories of cleaning, laundry, and healthy & beauty. Our Greenshield Organic® brand is the first line of USDA Certified Organic Detergents and Cleaners in the country. Our mission is to produce environmentally friendly product that are safe for people, pets, and the planet. We partner with retailers through private labeling while also growing our GO brand products to help drive our mission and promote sustainability in the consumer product industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented  Product Development Manager to oversee and drive the successful project execution of various consumer packaged goods development and product management projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in project management and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The role requires proficiency in project execution, information and people management, strong attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end management of consumer-packaged goods related projects, from concept creation and execution through testing, packaging, and production.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including R&D, account managers, purchasing, inventory, sourcing & procurement, and manufacturing to ensure seamless execution of new product initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and ensure adherence to budgeting to guide product development efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to mitigate risks and address challenges.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination to ensure all project milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Manage consumer packaged goods information within internal and external data systems to accurately document product specifications, progress, and related data.
• Stay informed of industry trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for innovative product development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within consumer-packaged goods, product development, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of project execution methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
