As a Product Designer, you will:
• Partner with program managers to grasp intricate requirements and user needs.
• Conceptualize, design, and test solutions for web and mobile apps.
• Iterate designs based on data and user feedback in collaboration with program managers and engineers.
• Apply design thinking to uncover optimal solutions aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Manage design scope systematically to drive progress within time and resource constraints.
• Adhere to design system and brand guidelines, reinforcing the 1ES voice through crafted experiences.
