Processing Specialist - Contractor

Columbus, OH
Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist for one of our banking clients in Columbus, Ohio! As a processing specialist you will support client and internal operations by handling transaction processing, data entry, and task tracking. In this role, you'll collaborate with Relationship Bankers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with banking policies. This role is a 3-month contract onsite in Columbus, paying up to $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Process client requests including mail, RDC review, VOD letters, address changes, and payment setups
Track and organize work using internal systems
Collaborate with team members and support Relationship Bankers
Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE Data Entry experience required
1+ year experience in banking operations or similar field, preferred
Microsoft Dynamics experience, preferred

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
