Job Title: Private Banking Assistant

Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000, depending on experience

Boulo is recruiting a Wealth Client Support Specialist on behalf of a growing, values-driven financial institution rooted in community and committed to delivering high-touch, personalized banking and wealth management services. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, service-first environment. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new wealth clients, managing service needs, and supporting advisors in creating a seamless and trusted client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering documentation, meeting compliance requirements, and setting up new accounts.
• Support wealth advisors with administrative and operational tasks so they can focus on relationship-building and strategy.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, urgency, and warmth.
• Monitor and review transactions to prevent fraud and ensure accurate records.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service and assist in training others on internal systems and processes.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in financial services, especially in a client support or wealth management environment.
• Are comfortable with financial planning or investment tools (a plus, but not required).
• Enjoy building client trust and solving problems efficiently.
• Thrive on organization, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Can make sound decisions independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
