Qualifications:
~ Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program
~ Active Indiana state podiatry license and DEA certification
~ Completion of podiatric medicine residency program
~ Skilled in minor surgical procedures, orthotics, diabetic foot care, and preventive education
~ Strong communication and collaboration skills in psychiatric care

Key Responsibilities:
~ Conduct medical histories and physical exams focused on foot|ankle health
~ Diagnose and treat conditions such as bunions, plantar fasciitis, diabetic ulcers
~ Perform minor surgical procedures like ingrown nail removal
~ Prescribe orthotics, medications, and therapeutic treatments
~ Collaborate with psychiatric and medical teams to manage mobility challenges
~ Educate patients on preventive foot care and hygiene
~ Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance
