Job Description

We are currently engaged in an Plant Manager search for our client, an industrial manufacturer located in the Bellefonte, PA area. We will provide relocation for candidates not currently in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Owns and manages all aspects of plant production processes.
• Will oversee and provide support to the manufacturing operation in a non-union, 24/5 chemical batch manufacturing environment.
• Collaborates closely with the Maintenance Manager and Engineering team to ensure the successful achievement of all operational goals.
• Will develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Will Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• Experienced in transforming plant operations through effective manufacturing practices, including strategic planning, business growth initiatives, enhanced productivity, net manufacturing gains, safety improvements, increased production volume, customer feedback integration, quality assurance, capital allocation, innovation, talent development, and warehouse management.
• Lean and/or continuous improvement experience
• Strong leadership ability
