Job Description

A fast-paced food production facility in Jupiter, FL is seeking a highly motivated Plant Manager to lead and oversee all production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards in safety, quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Plant Manager will drive daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and implement continuous improvement strategies to meet production goals and customer satisfaction.

Salary : 100k - 120k (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily production and packaging operations within the facility.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, including GMP, HACCP, and FDA/USDA standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise production teams to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate process improvements to optimize output and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Enforce plant safety protocols and participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
• Prepare and manage production reports, schedules, and staffing plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, preferably within the industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP , HACCP , and FDA/USDA regulations.
• SQF Certified require
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements for operational excellence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
