Job Title:Perm - Registered Nurse Oncology
Location: Peterborough, NH
Rate:27.00hr - 43.00hr + Full Benefits

Job Overview:

The Oncology/Infusion RN provides high-quality, compassionate care to oncology and infusion patients in accordance with standards established by the (ONS) This role includes clinical, administrative, and supportive responsibilities within the outpatient oncology and infusion clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, and other infusions safely and in accordance with ONS/ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy guidelines.

• Monitor and manage central lines, ports, catheters, and fistulas.

• Insert and maintain peripheral IV lines (IV certification strongly preferred).

• Triage patient phone calls, assist with patient education, and provide emotional support.

• Coordinate scheduling, prior authorizations, billing support, and EMR documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and excellent clinical outcomes.

• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in ongoing quality assurance efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in outpatient oncology and infusion Required

• Port/Catheter/Fistula management experience Required

• IV Certification and Peripheral IV insertion skills Strongly Preferred

• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required

• BSN Preferred

• Current RN license in NH Required

• New grads will not be considered

Certifications:

• BLS (AHA) Required

• ACLS (AHA) Required

• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification Required

• ONCC Certification Preferred
