Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Consultant to support and enhance PeopleSoft Payroll systems in a remote, contract-to-hire role. The consultant will be responsible for payroll configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system optimization to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support PeopleSoft HCM Payroll modules
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and retro pay
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve system defects efficiently
• Support payroll upgrades, patches, and regulatory updates
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Perform payroll testing, validation, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Consultant
• Strong expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll configuration and processing
• Experience with payroll testing, troubleshooting, and support
• Solid understanding of US payroll rules and compliance
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a contract-to-hire role
• Prior remote PeopleSoft support experience
