Pediatric Dentist | Hudsonville, MI

Full-Time | Up to $450,000+ 1st-Year Potential | $10k Bonus!

A well-established, privately owned pediatric dental practice in Hudsonville, Michigan is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join its growing team. With a loyal patient base, modern technology, and strong clinical support, this opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and experienced providers looking to grow in a collaborative, child-focused practice.

This is a high-volume, community-trusted pediatric office with a consistent need for sedation services , and a clear path to partnership after year two.

Position Highlights:

• Up to $450,000 earning potential in your first year.
• $1,000 to $1,200 daily guarantee or 34% to 36% of collections (whichever is higher).
• Up to $10,000 in relocation or sign-on bonuses.
• Advanced technology: CBCT, CAD/CAM, digital X-rays, laser dentistry, AI diagnostics, 3D printing.
• In-office sedation available (credentialed providers preferred, not required).
• Consistent patient flow in a respected pediatric-only setting.
• Partnership opportunity available after two years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care in a welcoming, patient-first environment.
• Build trust and communication with children and families.
• Diagnose and treat a full range of pediatric dental needs using modern equipment and tools.
• Perform or supervise sedation procedures if credentialed.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and clinical team members to maintain high care standards.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program.
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency or hospital program.
• Active Michigan dental license or eligibility to obtain within 6 weeks.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Sedation credentials preferred, but not required.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced pediatric dentists.
