IMPRIMIS IS HIRING A PAYROLL SPECIALIST!

$25-$35/HR

ONSITE | FORT WORTH, TX

CONTRACT | 30–40 HOURS A WEEK | 3-6 MONTHS

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is well-versed in processing payroll using UKG/UltiPro . The specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance, and serving as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll for 100+ employees using UKG/UltiPro
• Ensure accuracy in employee timecards, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Respond to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, and payroll-related issues
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of payroll experience
• Proficient in UKG/UltiPro (required)
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
