Job Description

The client designs, engineers and maintains the most optimal turnkey power solutions based on your custom electrical needs. They employ a diverse fleet of mobile gas turbine generators and deliver the entire package, including gas conditioning, gas compression, and electrical transformers for temporary power solutions. They are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join the team and ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time while managing an exceptional benefits program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle confidential information with the utmost care.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and management to address payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Stay informed about state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in payroll and benefits administration or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems and software. (ISolved preferably)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
