Paralegal – $28–$57/hr | Palo Alto, CA | Full-Time Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide legal operational support across U.S. and Canadian offices. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing vendor agreement reviews, compliance filings, and cross-team collaboration. You will serve as the first point of contact for operational legal matters, maintain organized records, and support a variety of compliance and legal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review procurement and vendor agreements and support office management legal needs.
• Oversee maintenance of legal entities and compliance filings.
• Liaise with external legal representatives, vendors, and transaction counterparts.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational legal requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex matters seamlessly.
• Organize and maintain records of legal documents, communications, and processes.
• Provide support for additional legal and compliance initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal or in-house legal contractor experience.
• Legal education or equivalent background strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• English fluency required; bilingual proficiency in Chinese preferred.

Compensation

• Pay rate: $28–$57/hr (equivalent to $60,000–$120,000 annually).
• Target Start Date: 11/3/25.
