Job Title: Family Law Paralegal

Location: 252 South Street Freehold NJ 07728

Salary Range:- 65000- 80000 Annually

Day-to-day:

• Draft legal correspondence, including answering informal and formal discovery.
• Develop and maintain billable hours for individual cases.
• Maintain and organize spreadsheets and timelines while managing new updates and deadlines in multiple cases.
• Assist with mediation and trial preparation by preparing and organizing relevant documents, expert material, pleadings, depositions, and exhibits.
• Organize financial documentation.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and support staff.
• Manage and prioritize projects to meet various deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience as a Family Law Paralegal in a law firm.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, i.e., legal writing.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines.
