Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft / Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and integrate PeopleSoft applications with Oracle Fusion Cloud. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring smooth system functionality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft components (PeopleCode, App Engine, SQR, CI).
Support Oracle Fusion integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP services.
Perform system configuration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and deployment.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and integration teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in PeopleSoft Techno-Functional roles.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM / Financials / SCM as applicable).
Expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, SQL.
Experience with PeopleSoft Oracle Fusion integrations.
Good understanding of business processes and data flows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
