Job Overview

Chief of Staff KC is seeking a highly adaptable and tech savvy Office Coordinator to support the day to day operations of our client's workplace. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can pivot between tasks seamlessly, maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, and stay ahead of evolving technology needs.

Duties

  • Manage front office operations, including handling calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating appointments
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and internal communications
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and assist with software tools and platforms used across the organization
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Help organize company meetings, events, and team building initiatives

Requirements

  • Ability to be adaptable and process change
  • Strong computer skills are required
  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively with others
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently share and communicate information
  • Resourceful and proactive in handling unexpected issues or requests
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Trustworthy when handling sensitive or confidential information
