Company Description Direct Lending Team Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Broomfield, CO, with some flexibility for work from home. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Daily tasks include meeting with prospective borrowers, collecting and reviewing financial documents, coordinating with underwriting teams, and providing exceptional customer service to guide clients through the mortgage lending process. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Underwriting Previous experience working as Loan Officers Strong Customer Service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency in mortgage-related software and tools Industry-related certification or license (preferred but not required)
