POSITION OVERVIEW

The entry level position supports the daily operations of the Faena Rose membership relations team. The member Relations Associate provides valuable support and assistance with member intelligence, cultural events, and administrative tasks. 

STARTING SALARY: $60,000

REPORTING STRUCTURE & KEY PARTNERSHIPS

• Reports to: Director of Member Relations
• Direct reports: N/A
• Key collaborators: Member Relations Team, Cultural Programming Team, Hotel Operations Team

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide members with personalized, high-level service fulfilling all member requests throughout the Faena District Miami Beach and with reciprocal clubs and partners.
• Establish excellent relationships with hotel venues (beach, spa, restaurants, bar/lounge, valet, etc) to facilitate ease with member requests.
• Support membership presence and engagement at the Faena Beach and evening coverage hotel venues, as needed.
• Plan, strategize, and facilitate organic member introductions at Faena Rose events.
• Personalized outreach for cultural events based on member interests.
• Create and execute “surprise and delight” moments for members.
• Provide administrative support and carry out assigned operational tasks within member relations.

• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, maintaining poise under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability work independently, taking initiative where needed
• Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive member information and interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of two years’ hospitality experience. Experience working with private clubs or member-based organizations is preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule as business dictates including evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills in English – written and verbal (additional languages a plus).
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (I.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), CRM Platforms (Peoplevine), Reservation platforms (Sevenrooms, Opentable, Tock), Canva, Opera (Preferred, not required).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation, including ability to remain in a stationary position, move safely in varied environments, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
